At SBG, beginners are welcome. We offer a safe environment for beginners to get fit and learn fundamental techniques and principals.
If you’re interested in taking the first steps to improving your health and lifestyle, we offer a free consultation on a day and at a time that suits you. During the consultation you will be advised on which classes suit your experience level, given a tour of the facility, and also a short 15 minute introductory lesson on the basic techniques to help you get started. The consultation will take approximately 45 minutes and we suggest you wear something comfortable.
As a member you can train in both Grappling and Striking or choose a single discipline. We understand people live hectic and busy lives so in order to accommodate as many people as possible we teach over 30 beginner classes per weekand the gym is open from 6.30am until 10pm every weekday and 10am – 6pm Saturday.
